Ever feel like your childâs brain has hit the âbufferingâ symbol?
Youâre mid-task, mid-sentence, or mid-sock-putting-on⊠and poof - focus gone. đ§Šđš
Thatâs where Monster Madness Brain Breaks come in!

At Worleyâs World, we know that sometimes our brains just need a quick reset. Something playful, short, and packed with just enough movement or silliness to kickstart focus again. Thatâs why we created this easy activity:
đČ Roll a dice
đ Pick a card
đ Do the action on the card as many times as the dice shows
So if you roll a 5 and the card says âOlli says JUMP,â you jump 5 times with your best bouncy monster energy! (Bonus points for silly faces.)
But why do brain breaks work?
When weâre overwhelmed, under-stimulated, or just plain tired, our brains check out. Quick bursts of movement:
Boost oxygen to the brain
Regulate emotions
Improve concentration and memory
Help kids (and grown-ups!) feel more in control
And the best bit? If your child already knows Worley and his monster mates through the stories, theyâll want to join in. Familiar characters = instant engagement = less resistance. đ
You can even make it more exciting by using a giant foam dice. It adds that bit of âmonster magicâ that makes the whole thing feel like a game, not a task.

đ Want your own set?
You can download Monster Madness Brain Breaks when youâre a member of Worleyâs World Underground â itâs just ÂŁ4.95/month, and youâll unlock loads of exclusive monster-out activities, resources, and behind-the-scenes goodies.
Because emotional resilience should be fun, colourful, and a little bit wobbly. Just like us đ
