💛 Our Approach

At Worley’s World CIC, your time and wellbeing matter deeply.
I also work closely with families and plan sessions carefully, so having clear boundaries helps me support everyone in the best way possible.

⏰ Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

💸 Cancellation Fees

Less than 48 hours’ notice
A cancellation fee of 30% of the session or course value will apply

More than 48 hours’ notice
You will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule

🌐 Online Courses & Digital Materials

For online courses or sessions where materials have already been sent or accessed:

A partial refund may be issued, depending on what has already been delivered

For example, if a live parent video session is cancelled, the value of that session will be refunded (e.g. £50)

💳 Refund Process

As payments are made in advance:

Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the amount already paid

If you are eligible for a refund, you will need to request this via email

🌧️ Emergencies

I understand that life happens.

In the case of a genuine emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be:

Transferred to a future session, or

Reviewed on a case-by-case basis
