Cancellation Policy

Your bookings and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48hours notice.

Worley's World Policy:

• Any cancellation made less than 48hours will result in a cancellation charge. (30% of session/course value)

• Cancellations made more than 48hours in advance will result in a  full refund.  Please bear with this and let me know if you have any problems.  This is different for online courses where materials have already been posted or emailed.  This will result in a refund of the value of your appointment that is cancelled (for example, cancellation of parent video call = £50 refund)

• As payments are made up front online your cancellation fee will come off the money you have already paid.  You will need to request a refund if you are due outstanding money back (if you have cancelled prior to the 48 hour notice)

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
