Welcome to the TASTER Level of
Worley's World - Underground!
Before you dive into the full membership, why not explore some of our favourite activities? These free tasters give you a little glimpse of what’s waiting inside the Worley’s World Underground…

Make a Calm Jar ✨🫙
-
Fill an old jam jar or clear bottle with water, glitter, sequins, or beads.
-
Shake it up and watch the sparkles settle — just like calming our busy brains.
-
Use it as a tool when big feelings show up.
-
Encourages mindfulness, self-regulation, and emotional safety.
Monster Walk 👣🌲
-
Head outside for a walk and look for signs a monster might have been there.
-
Spot footprints in the mud, claw marks on trees, or little hideouts where monsters could live.
-
Use your imagination to tell stories as you explore.
-
Encourages movement, creativity, and connection with nature.
Build a Monster Den 🏕️👻
-
Use blankets, chairs, or sticks outside to build a cosy “monster hideout.”
-
Add pillows, soft toys, or even fairy lights to make it extra special.
-
Use it as a calm corner, a reading nook, or a place to talk about feelings.
-
Encourages teamwork, imagination, and a sense of safety.

Monster Freeze Dance🎶👾
-
Pop on some music. Everyone dances like different monsters (stompy, floaty, wiggly, sneaky).
-
When the music stops — FREEZE like a monster!
-
Great for moving bodies, burning energy, and sneaking in self-regulation practice.

Monster Snack Sort 🍓🍌🍏
-
Choose some snack foods (fruit, crackers, etc).
-
Sort them into “monster colours” before eating. (E.g., red = George’s angry fuel, yellow = Worley’s happy boost.)
-
Builds mindful eating + fun connection at snack time.

Monster Treasure Hunt 🔍🌈
-
Hide small “monster treasures” (toys, LEGO, natural objects, coloured paper) around the house or garden.
-
Give clues: “Find something fluffy George might stomp on!” or “Find something shiny Daisy would love.”
-
Encourages problem-solving, imagination, and teamwork.
