How finding your inner power (and a few rainbow monsters) can help you rise from the hardest moments

Behind every superhero is a story of struggle...
...And sometimes, the biggest battles aren’t against villains, but against the quiet weight of exhaustion, overwhelm, postnatal depression, or simply feeling lost in parenthood.
For a long time, I didn’t recognise the woman in the mirror. My spark had faded. I was surviving, not living and when the breakdown came, it felt like everything inside me had fallen apart. But through my journey (and lots of therapy, learning, and some monster-shaped magic), I discovered something powerful…
I wasn’t broken.I wasn’t missing any pieces.I just needed to find the tools already inside me.
In NLP, we talk about how we already have everything we need within us. It’s just that sometimes, those inner resources get buried under life’s chaos. Whether you’re a single parent, navigating PND, or just trying to remember who you are underneath the nappies and snack bags ...I want you to know: your superhero self is still there.
And no, there’s no magic wand… but there is Worley. And Olli. And George. And the rest of the gang.
At Worley’s World, we don’t fix people — because you’re not broken.
We inspire, nurture, and educate the brave parts of you that are already inside. We help you rediscover joy, play, and purpose, not just for your kids, but for you.
I created the Big Kid Klubhouse because grown-ups need space to heal and play too. Whether you’re rebuilding after trauma or just need a creative outlet that doesn’t involve glitter glue explosions on the sofa (well… maybe just a few), this is for you.
If you’ve felt alone, stuck, or like you’re not quite “you” anymore, I see you. You’re not just a parent. You’re a superhero in disguise.Let’s help you find your cape again.
And it’s not just for you… it’s for them too. When you start reconnecting with your own inner big kid, your children notice. When you choose to heal, play, and express emotions safely, you're not only rebuilding yourself, you're role-modelling the tools they’ll carry for life.
Worley’s World is designed with this in mind. Through stories, characters like George (our fiery little anger monster) and Worley (who’s always learning new things), and hands-on activities, kids learn emotional language in a way that makes sense to them. They don’t just learn what they’re feeling ... they learn what to do with those feelings.
It’s logic and magic wrapped into one: children build self-awareness, develop regulation skills, and grow their emotional toolkits — all while having fun.
And when they see you doing the same? That’s when real change happens. Because the truth is, your child’s best chance at becoming emotionally resilient… starts with seeing you do it first. ✨
