About your Discovery Day

This is where the map becomes a way of working. The Affiliated Discovery Programme is an in-depth professional development pathway for organisations ready to embed the Beyond the Rainbow Door™ framework into everyday practice. Delivered over approximately six months, your team will take part in a series of supported Discovery experiences, including a full-day foundation session, a follow-up development session, practical implementation between sessions and ongoing opportunities to reflect, ask questions and develop your practice. This is not sit-and-listen training. Your team will experience the framework through stories, discussion, creativity, practical activities and hands-on exploration. You’ll receive resources to begin using in your setting while developing the shared understanding, language and confidence needed to make the framework work in your own world. We’ll explore the philosophy and six foundations behind Beyond the Rainbow Door™, what may sit beneath behaviour, how connection changes what becomes possible, and how to create practical tools and environments that recognise that different people need different maps. The programme fee covers the professional development pathway itself. Your team receives the training, resources and supported implementation whether or not you later choose to become affiliated. Following completion, organisations that wish to continue can progress to Beyond the Rainbow Door™ affiliation through a separate licensing agreement and ongoing membership. This provides continued access to the membership resources and permission to use the framework within the agreed setting. There is no obligation to continue into affiliation after completing the programme. Beyond the Rainbow Door™ isn't simply a collection of resources. It's a framework for understanding individual worlds, strengthening connection and creating environments where people can grow.
