The Story Behind LIVA: More Than Just a Brand

Writer: Jodi HeyesJodi Heyes

At first glance, LIVA by Worley’s World might seem like just another clothing brand—but it’s so much more than that. It’s a movement, a symbol of resilience, and a reminder that no matter where life takes you, you have the power to live life as you.

The Inspiration Behind LIVA

LIVA was born from a deeply personal journey. As a mother and founder of Worley’s World CIC, I, Jodi Heyes, have experienced firsthand the challenges of mental health, parenthood, and self-acceptance. My daughters, Luna and Ivy, have been my greatest inspiration, shaping the vision of LIVA—Live Life As You.

For years, I struggled with postnatal depression and PTSD, all while navigating the demands of everyday life. But through those struggles, I found my purpose: to create a safe space for families to heal, grow, and thrive together. That’s where Worley’s World began—a community-driven initiative helping parents and children understand and regulate emotions through creativity, play, and storytelling.

But something was missing.

I wanted to create something tangible, something people could wear with pride, something that would remind them daily that they are enough—just as they are. That’s when the idea for LIVA was born.

A Collaboration Rooted in Community

LIVA isn’t just my creation—it’s a collaboration between two North East businesses. I partnered with Purple Orchid Print, a local business that shares my passion for high-quality, ethical production. Together, we designed a range of 100% organic cotton T-shirts, each carrying a meaningful message.

These aren’t just clothes—they are statements of strength, identity, and self-acceptance. And the best part? 100% of the profits go straight back into Worley’s World CIC, funding vital mental health support for families who need it most.

More Than a Brand—A Movement

LIVA is about embracing your journey, no matter how messy or imperfect it may be. It’s about wearing your truth with pride and knowing that, in doing so, you’re helping families access life-changing support.

This is just the beginning. While LIVA is starting with a small collection, the dream is big. As more people wear their ‘Live Life As Me’ T-shirts, they become part of something bigger—a community built on shared experiences, support, and the belief that we are all enough, exactly as we are.

Thank you for being part of this journey. By choosing LIVA, you’re not just making a fashion statement—you’re making a difference.

Live life as YOU.
